Please use the following settings to change the time and/or date on your phone system. Don’t see your system below? Either it will update automatically or you can contact us for help.
NEC Aspire
1. Any any phone, press CALL1 and dial 828
2. Dial 2 digits for the hour (24 hours; ie 2pm = 14)
3. Dial 2 digits for the minutes (00-60)
4. Press SPK to hang up
NEC i-Series (124i/384i/704i)
1. At any phone, lift handset and dial 828
2. Enter (0000) (do steps 1 and 2 continuously, there will be no prompt after step 1)
3. Dial two digits for the year (02=2002)
4. Dial two digits for the month (01-12)
5. Dial two digits for the day (01-31)
6. Dial one digit for the day of the week (0=Sunday)
7. Dial two digits for the hour (24 hour; ie 1pm = 13)
8. Dial two digits for the minutes (00-60)
(You hear confirmation beeps)
9. Hang up
NEC SV 8100/9100
1. Keep handset down
2. Press Speaker
3. Dial 728
4. You will hear nothing. Enter the time using 4 digits (ie 2:38pm = 1438, or 9:02am = 0902)
5. Press Speaker to hang up
Nitsuko-TIE Onyx
To set the system time (if your display keyset has COS 00)
1. Lift handset
2. Press INTERCOM and listen for dial tone
3. Press PGM# and listen for dial tone to stop
4. Dial 8
5. Enter the hour (00-23) using a 24-hour clock (ie 1pm = 13)
– Enter the minutes (00-59)
– Enter the seconds (00-59)
Listen for dial tone
6. Hang up
To set the system date (if your display keyset has COS 00)
1. Lift handset.
2. Press INTERCOM and listen for dial tone
3. Pres PGM# and listen for dial tone to stop
4. Dial 9
5. Enter the month (01-12)
– Enter the day of the month (01-31).
– Enter the last two digits of the year (00-99)
Listen for dial tone
6. Hang up
